Born to an English father and a Kiwi mother Oli was lucky enough to grow up with two summers each year and it shows in his surfing!

Oli caught his first wave at Piha Beach, NZ at the tender age of 6 where his mum had to push him into the waves because he was too small to paddle in himself. He's never looked back...

He began his pro surfing career in the junior ranks and Oli has held both NZ and GB Junior titles before joining the WQS ranks (World Qualifying Series) in 2006.

When not on tour you can catch Oli hanging out and free surfing his home break at Fistral in Newquay
