Locals Only Hannover is a portrait of a group of creative and dedicated European skaters who do it their own way -- building in concrete and skating hard.

On an empty industrial lot in Hannover, Germany, skaters from around Germany and the UK gather to build concrete skate obstacles for a week in June 2012 for the first annual Builders' Jam event. They don't have a plan, they just build non-stop for a week straight, day and night in sun and rain.
