Glasgow's new transport museum opened a few years ago. Inside is an exhibit about Scottish skateboarding featuring Jamie Blair and Colin Kennedy. The Architects knowing something on Scottish skateboarding would be featured in the museum decided to make some parts of the museum skate friendly. After all a skateboard is transport with wheels. This has become one of Glasgow's best spots, big open space, some good ledges to grind and the security give you no hassle at all when skating it after closing hours. This evening I went down to the museum to have a mellow solo skate for an hour after my kids had gone to bed only to find the ends of the ledges unusable because the metal was ripped off. Don't know if it was skaters or not but it's probably going to put an end to one of the best street spots Glasgow's has to offer. I hope I'm wrong. Anyhow, I had the VX in the boot of the car and decided to film a line as it might be the last chance I get.
