After Manuel Kaltenbach, a dedicated Flatland BMX rider died of cancer, their friends arranged the "Flat against cancer" charity contest dedicated to Manuel at an Ice-Rink area in Baiersbronn, Germany.

The contest was a full success and all the money raised by it is donated to the German Cancer Aid (Deutsche Krebshilfe) and the hospital in Freudenstadt (Kreiskrankenhaus Freudenstadt).
